Yacht Captain Doug Moody has operated boats since the age of 6. He has held a British Virgin Islands 50 ton Yacht Master Licence, Turks and Caicos Yacht Master Licence, Canadian Yachting Association Blue instructors certificate and Orange racing coach certificate, Ontario boat operators card, Canadian Power Squadron VHF radio instructor and operators certificate and STCW safety certificate for vessels less than 199 tons. He has managed numerous marine retail operations throughout his life and spent 7 years sailing the Caribbean to Venezuela, 1 year sailing around Italy and Croatia, 1 year as Captain and engineer on a 100' motor yacht and hosted a cruise for a well known magazine sailing around Tahiti. He is one of the few Captains comfortable and able to operate power or sailing yachts. He has visited hundreds of marinas throughout his seafaring and many boat shows.

The Regal 4260 is a luxury express yacht that has been meticulously maintained by her owners. She has spent her life in fresh water and has stunning Italian woodwork throughout, two stand up staterooms, complete with two private heads, galley and salon. The Regal 4260 Commodore was the flagship of the Regal fleet in 2002. With the ability to cruise comfortably at 25 knots she handles with ease for a yacht this large and luxurious.
